Post-warming survival rates and clinical outcomes of human cleavage stage embryos vitrified/warmed using CryoTouch and Cryotop methods

Abstract Background Vitrification has become the method of choice for cryopreservation human embryos and gametes. There are multiple commercial media, containing different combinations concentrations cryoprotectants, available vitrification warming procedures. The aim this retrospective study was to compare post-warming survival rate clinical outcomes cleavage stage vitrified/warmed using two methods (CryoTouch Cryotop) during intracytoplasmic sperm injection/frozen embryo transfer (ICSI/FET) cycles. This evaluated a total 173 FET cycles performed on 446 warmed between January 2018 December 2020. Post-warming including pregnancy, implantation, live birth rates were calculated. Results results showed no significant differences groups in terms ( p value = 0.5020), pregnancy 0.7411), implantation 0.4694), 0.5737). Conclusions Collectively, high successful observed both CryoTouch Cryotop methods.
